William Gooderson
William has spent most of his career tackling things in an unconventional way.
Learning to lead from the battlefield to the boardroom has shaped his leadership journey, overcoming his own mental health trauma whilst supporting others has provided him first hand experience of how to build resilience in self and others.
A former British Army Major who has worked with public and private enterprises both in Australia and overseas, William has refined his battlefield learning's to provide effective leadership and resilience training for the spectrum of workplace leaders.
